Technical Trainer
We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to
join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform certification training to
client’s students at client locations.
- Demonstrate a constant example of expert-level presentation
and interpersonal
skills.
- Serve as subject matter expert to students.
- Keep course content up to date as product changes.
- Ensure effectiveness of training programs.
- Author, review, and implement questions for all levels
of the certification program. Create core-training materials including student manuals,
lab guides and train-the- trainer guides.
- Provide ongoing input into improving curriculum development
processes.
Skills:
- Ability and desire to learn and gain
in-depth knowledge materials taught and stay up to date on all updated materials.
- Ability to deliver training courses via live ILT delivery,
including onsite (customer site) and online (virtual classroom) deliveries
- Set-up classroom environment via standard operating
procedure for each course.
- Maintain outstanding delivery satisfaction statistics
to drive program success.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine training roadmap
requirements of customers, partners, and employees.
- Talent for taking complex technological components
and disseminating into manageable training modules.
- Proven ability to continually adapt and learn new technology,
implementation tasks, and software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to deal professionally with all
staff levels.
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a willingness to work
- MCSA, MCSE, MCT, MCP, Net+, CCNA, CCNP certifications
highly desired
- 3-5 years of technical training experience
- Demonstrated technical competency with planning, deploying,
troubleshooting and administering network technologies; TCP/IP; DNS; MS Active Directory;
LDAP; Windows NT/2000/2003 networking; SQL Server, MySQL, MSDE (creating, administration),
IIS, ISA Server
Travel:
Travel required 2-3 times/month national and potential
international. Trips will average 5 days at a time.
Microsoft
Sales Consultant
The appropriate candidate will report to the Operations Manager
and will act as the technical expert for the development of customer solutions and
proposals, the driver of customer adoption of the right Microsoft Technologies and
the developer of winning solutions or services.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to deliverable development and account strategy
achieving Microsoft and customer objectives leading local Technical and Sales Readiness
Initiatives
- Identify opportunities, understand competitor strategies,
drive Pilots/Proof of Concepts, LOB Design Wins and/or customer touches
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with
Microsoft product development teams, customer technical staff and decision makers,
Field Sales, field technical communities and partners to close sales opportunities
- Deliver highly articulate and effective strategic presentations
to audiences of all sizes - including the largest and most technically and competitively
challenging.
Qualifications:
- +3 Years experience in a technical consulting or pre-sales
role.
- Demonstrable ability to consult, design and articulate winning
solutions to clients and team members
- Knowledge of the IT sector, key players, competitors and
trends
- Degree Level education preferred.
